A thin layer of frost glitters across the satuma groves of Louisiana as we enter into the last stretch of Deep South Winter.
Our latest taproom release, “Winter Wit with Louisiana Satsumas” perfectly encapsulates a winter chill wrapped around the tangy burst of citrus, adding a touch of complexity to this easy-drinking wheat beer.
Brewed with 2-row malt and a good amount of white wheat, our Winter Wit also carries 40 lbs of local satsumas (both its fresh juice and their orange peels). Fermented with a delicate Belgian Wit yeast and hopped with the tangerine-like Mandarina Bavaria hop, this is a Louisiana take on a classic Belgian style.
ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP SAME DAY UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED (leave message in notes area at checkout). ALL INVENTORY WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK.
