Über Sour IPA offers a modern twist on a fan favorite, Über Froot Blackberry Berliner Weisse, combining the very best characteristics of our classic Sour Beer with the complex, bittering citrus and floral notes of a triad of hops.
Born from a substantial base of Two-Row, a variety of flaked and white wheat, flaked and malted oats, and a smidgeon of honey-malted oats and lactose, the tangy rush of blackberries perfectly complements the velvety body of this beer.
The Hops profile adds a polished shine to this brew: a mixture of Citra, Mosaic, and the recently added Belma Hop illuminate a kaleidoscope of flavors ranging from clean and bright to earthy and robust. Citrus, berries, melon, pine, and florals along with the souring process transform this Über IPA into a velvety, berry-forward brew with an approachable balance of flavors resulting in an overall crowd-pleaser. 6% abv
