Conspiracy theories aside, we couldn’t help but throw a cheeky wink to the idea of Bigfoot in space with our newest concoction, SPACESQUATCH!
This brew is a modern take on a West Coast IPA, with a traditional grain bill of Munich 10, 2-Row, Crystal and a bit of wheat. The Hops profile puts a major shine on this beer, combining the elegance of the Pacific Northwest born Centennial and Simcoe, and dry-hopped with Comet, showcasing bold flavors of grapefruit and tangerine, as well as the grassy flavors of herb and fresh pine. Comet’s unique aroma is sometimes referred to as “Wild American”, but we think it’s out of this world. –6%abv.
