Did you know there are 5 sheep for every 1 resident in New Zealand?? We’re giving a big nod to the beautiful, green country that produced all of the luscious hops that are the cornerstone of our newest summer ale–Counting Sheep New Zealand IPA.
Deeply hazy with the tell-tale clipped bitterness in all IPAs, “Counting Sheep” really highlights the variety of hops coming out of NZ. Born on a base of Pils, Red Wheat, and Flaked Oats, our IPA marries the intense pineapple of Nectaron Hops, the vivid sweet citrus of Riwaka Hops, and the fruity and dry wine-grape profile of Nelson Sauvin Hops. United, these hops triply underscore a flavor profile that is deep and profound, with big, juicy summer fruit energy! 6.6% abv
