It's a new year, and we are thrilled to welcome Southerns Hot Chicken Food Truck back to the lawn as our first pop-up of 2021! This Saturday, Jan. 9th, from 12-6 pm, our friends from New Orleans will post up in their food truck on the grass, serving up their classic spicy fried chicken sandwiches, Adobo cracklins', and chicken tenders! It's a huge playoffs weekend, so we will have games on all day on the patio tv-- Colts v Bills (12 pm), Rams v Seahawks (3:40), and Buccs v Washington (7pm). To top it all off, we will run a pint special (tbd) for Southerns' visit! Craft beer, delicious food, and high stakes football on the tv--what a great way to spend the weekend!
This Saturday, Jan 16th, we are (overly) excited to roll out the first 2 beers of our Easy Bake Pastry Beer Series! Starting at 12 pm we will have our Easy Bake Lemon Pound Cake IPA and Easy Bake White Chocolate Raspberry Cake IPA available on draft and in crowlers, growlers, and 6-packs! Chef Richard of Smoke & Boil will be on site with a Tex-Mex themed pop-up from 12-4 pm, and we will have the playoff games blasting on the patio tv in the afternoon! What better way to pass a Thursday night than guzzling beer, chain smoking cigarettes, and obsessively scanning BINGO cards?? Well, you can't chain smoke INSIDE the taproom, but all of the other stuff will be happening on Thursdays once a month when we host our first FREE BINGO Night in the Tin Roof Taproom! Starting at 6 pm, each player will get a pack of BINGO scorecards, a paint blotter, and a competitive glint in their eye! The first call will begin at 6:30 with our charismatic host and taproom manager, Jimi (He's super excited about this, so fun will be had!). The winner of each round will be gifted with one of an array of prizes spanning from a free beer to the final round prize of a TRBC gift card! Do you know about a little area of town called Froggy Mo? Some of us have been here a while and some are just starting out, but our little community spanning Nicholson to the bridge wants to bring the fun and funk to all of Baton Rouge! On Saturday, April 9 starting at 12 pm, multiple businesses along the span of Nicholson are hosting our first annual Froggy Mo Art Hop, from Tin Roof Brewing Co to Brickyard South, Three Roll Estate, and George's Place under the bridge. We have the businesses at 1010 Nic hopping in too, ending in an 80s Night dance party at Chelsea's Live. Each location will have it's own art vendors, food, and various entertainment at different times throughout the day, and there is a ton of parking throughout the route to park and walk from place to place. Join us for some of the best vegan comfort food around. We will be bringing our very popular crispy chik'n sandwiches and loaded fries. All of our items are cooked in oil that contain soy. All of our loaded fries are made with GF ingredients. Our patties are made from a combination of soy, wheat, and peas. We will be accepting cash or CC. No $100 bills accepted.
