We don’t know about you, but we see the dark pools of our newest black lager, Rorschach Schwarzbier!

Walking the tightrope between robust roasted malt and the lightness of the lagering process, our Schwarzbier really is the best of both worlds.  This brew is perfect for the beer drinker that loves Doppelbock or Porter, but just can’t take the heartiness of a dark brew during the dog days of summer.  Chocolate Rye, Munich, and Crystal 60 malts (to name a few) give this beer it’s chocolate rich flavor, but with the cleaner, lighter body expected of a lager.  Don’t overanalyze this one, just drink it! 5%abv
