We’ve tapped Caleb and Justin, our neighbors and friends from Cypress Coast Brewing Co, to collaborate on an exquisite brew dripping with honey, Hive Society Belgian Strong Ale.
Pilsen, White Wheat, and a variety of biscuit malts are the foundation of this ale. Bittered with Hallertau Magnum & Strisslespalt Hops, Hive Society really gets its wings when the herbal, citrus, and floral notes from the hops intermingle with the complex richness of Louisiana-sourced honey. This beer is malty and robust in flavor, but approachable despite its hefty abv. 9.2%
