We’re raising our steins to Tin Roof’s brand new Oktoberfest offering, 1810 Festbier!
The malt blend is the star of this Lager, brewed with the traditional heavy hitters of Pilsen, Munich, and Vienna Malts with just a dash of Crystal, shaping a pillowy biscuit base with the tiniest ribbon of caramel sweetness. Our brewer included a thoroughly German Hops profile, bittering the beer with Hallertau Magnum Hops and accenting our brew with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Hops for a touch of spiciness with floral and herbal accents.
1810 Festbier is crispy, airy, and highly drinkable, highlighted by a wisp of sweet, a dry finish, and a warm golden glow. 5.85%
