Oysters are the name of the game for this Oatmeal Stout because our brewers used every inch of these Louisiana beauties from the shell & meat to the liquor! A bevy of malts from flaked and golden naked oats to the toasty chocolate malt, midnight wheat, and roasted barley build a solid foundation of dark chocolate and coffee notes, while the lone Magnum Hops add a pinch of bitterness in the aftertaste. This brew is roasty and robust with loads of resonant flavor and a briny nod to our Gulf Oysters, the best in the country!
