Brewed with a blend of wheat and oats, this beer begins with a creamy mouth feel, enhanced by loads of orange and tangerine peel. We doubled the malt to lend a richness of texture unique to this style of beer, and of course, to up the alcohol percentage! Huell Melon and Trident hops accentuate the citrus and tropical fruit undertones of this DIPA, while Hallertau Blanc hops add the complexity of white wine for that dry, effervescent champagne quality that is the hallmark of all mimosas!
